We offer FREE STANDARD domestic shipping. If you need your item sooner, we also offer EXPEDITED domestic shipping options for an additional fee.

To ensure your expedited order ships out the same business day, your order and payment must be received by 1 PM EST; otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note, Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days.

Our expedited domestic shipping option is UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days – guaranteed delivery date) — $22.95 for the first item and $8.00 for each additional item per order.

If your item is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you for a new, updated address in which to ship the item back to you at no additional cost.

–RETURNS/REFUNDS

We offer a 100% money back guarantee return policy for all new, unworn and unwashed items that are returned to us within 30 days from receipt date of delivery in the condition in which the item was originally shipped. Please contact us through eBay messages BEFORE returning an item so that we may give you a FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL and the return instruction to make it as easy for you as possible!

-EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size and/or color, please contact us so that we may assist with getting you the item you want in a timely manner. Our typical turnaround time for processing exchanges is 1 business day from the date we receive the item back at our office. Again, we offer free return shipping labels to send the item back to us for an exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Standard international shipping ships via USPS First Class International Mail.

Additional shipping costs for international buyers:

CANADA — $9.95 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional shirt per order.

NON-NORTH AMERICA – $15.95 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item per order.

1) Paying import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

2) Your package comes with a Delivery Confirmation number. This is NOT a tracking number and does not ensure that your package will be delivered. We also cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated once the package leaves the United States.

3) If your item is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, international buyers receive an immediate refund minus our shipping cost for all undeliverable merchandise once we receive it back at our office.

-RETURNS/REFUNDS

We are unable to provide return shipping labels for international buyers because of legal requirements regarding customs declarations. But we will give you a 100% refund for any items that are returned to us in the same condition in which the item was shipped (new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise) if received back at our office within 90 days of purchase. Please contact us through eBay messages before sending the item back to request the return instructions.

ODDS AND ENDS

• Your package comes with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we process your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your package is usually not updated until the day after your shirt is delivered.
• Once a package is in the shipping delivery stream we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
