Items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority.

 

Another email will be sent with tracking number when label is printed. Retain this number until item as received as you will need the tracking number to file a claim with USPS if the item gets lost.

 

If your item is not received within the Standard U.S. postal times:  First Class 3-5 business days, Priority 2-3 business days and Express 1-2 day go to the USPS website and fill out a claim or call your local post office with the tracking number information.

Most items arrive within 2 – 3 weeks (or less), but some can take longer. You must be patient, because claims cannot be filed until the package is missing for 31 days.

Exchanges
allowed within 14 days, authorization required. Please email us for
authorization number. All returned items must have
a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and must be insured for

without a Valid RMA# will not be accepted and returned to sender. Returns sent
without insurance will not be accepted and returned to sender. Item
must be in original condition with original packing slip, $7 and
authorization number else exchange will not be processed.

the eBay number of that ring and size. All exchanges cost $7 (USA) or $15 (1st
class to Canada, UK and Australia) or $27 (Priority to UK and Australia)


Returns for refunds will be charged
a 20% restocking fee and no refund for S&H.

JEWELRY  CARE

Following these simple steps will help you keep your jewelry looking like new…

When cleaning your jewelry simply soak it in warm water with a little mild soap or ammonia. If necessary scrub your jewelry with a soft toothbrush to loosen debris or to clean behind stones. After brushing, just rinse with lukewarm water and allow the jewelry to dry. Do NOT rub sterling silver items with anything other than a polishing cloth or fine piece of felt. Also, rubbing gold jewelry with a soft chamois cloth is an effective way to keep it shining.

Remember to always store your jewelry in a clean, dry and soft place. A fabric-lined jewelry case or box with compartments and dividers is ideal. If you prefer to use an ordinary box, wrap each piece individually in soft tissue paper.

Keep sterling silver items in sealed plastic bags. Avoid coming in contact with chemicals like chlorine, perfumes, and hair products when wearing your jewelry.

    How to measure your finger

    1. Wrap a piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger.

    2. Mark the string or paper where it overlaps to form a complete circle.

    3. Measure the length of the section of string or paper where it overlaps around the finger.

    4. Compare your measurement with this chart to determine your ring size.

    5. Please note: You need to take the knuckle into consideration when sizing. The base of your finger may be smaller then your knuckle. Also wider bands should be sized ½ -1 size larger.

    To get your friends ring size, ask to clean his/her ring the next time in the mall. Most jewelry stores will do it for free. Then you can secretly ask the sales person to check the size for you. Or you can slip hi/her ring on your finger and mark the spot it fits. Then measure that spot with the directions above.
